This textbook on Bayesian latent class models was initially developed to support a workshop offered with my colleague Juan Carlos Arango Sabogal. Bayesian statistical methods have been widely applied in veterinary science and epidemiological research.

This document was developped as part of a 5-day course on quantitative biases analyses developed with my colleague Ian Dohoo, from University of Prince Edward Island. In this course we proposed ways to adjust, during the statistical analyses phase, for the biases generated by the study design.
